This was made to be generalized to fit any spiritual path, so feel free to change the wording as you see fit! Words: May the light of this candle reach you, May it’s warmth embrace you, May it’s flame burn away within you, despare, doubt and war. May the light of this candle teach you, May it’s warmth reach you, May it’s flame ignite within you, Hope, peace and joy. May the light of this candle find you and within the glow remind you, that fear no longer drives you, We are one on this earth. Love binds the corners of the globe, That there may be no friend or foe, Rather a peaceful subtle glow, Peace between the brethren Within the glow let us call, upon all hearts to hear us now, Center the earth upon her brow, And love each other, take the vow, From this flame to our hearts, from our hearts to our hands, from our hands to the throne of the Sage and of the Crone Love stands united For Universal love we yearn A deep, unbroken peace return, An earth where we can grow and learn, and stand unshaken So mote it be.
